Our management team, in Paragould, will share route details with interviewing driver applicants. Our Team average 5,000 to 6,500 miles per week. Each of our Teams enjoy a minimum of Two (s) days of Home Time per week.
Team – Our Team Drivers are making “Out & Back” Round-trip routes from Paragould to our customers as far away as AZ and TX (and all points in between). They are Home at least Two (2) days per week (and sometimes home during their work week). Our average regional route has our drivers out for 2 to 3 nights per week. Solo – Our Drivers are making “Out & Back” Round-trip routes from Paragould, AR to our customer locations, and back. Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) a plus. 1+ years of experience developing applications using ASP NET MVC (3 and higher). Ability to work independently or within a team. ASP.Net, C#, MVC, JQuery, Javascript, T-SQL. Relevant 4 year degree or equivalent work experience. Troubleshoot existing programs and integration services to correct issues and enhance functionality. Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of manual and automated changeover tools. Facilitate professional training and ongoing development of Materials Handlers and Clerical staff. Ensuring our Team Members adhere to all PPE Requirements. Providing a clean, safe environment for all personnel and visiting customers. Ensuring all work is performed according to company approved procedures, standards, and specifications. Leading and coordinating activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading trucks and in moving and storing materials or products. Covering open positions due to Team Member absence. Communicating, to the Group Lead, any gaps identified in the inbound freight flow. Servicing of both inbound and outbound expedites. Management of inbound freight compliance to customer plan. As a Dock Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Group Lead with planning, directing, and controlling all available resources to ensure timely, damage-free loading/unloading of freight.
